Connect via ISL Online
 
Procedure
... when instructed ...
  1. go to Join a Session | ISL Online - this web page will open in a new tab.
  2. Enter the Session Code (8 digit number) that will be provided and click on Join.
  3. A small program will be downloaded to your computer. It's filename will typically be
      ISL Light Client light <session code>.exe 
  4. Now run this program using the method appropriate to the browser you are using.
  5. The islonline module will display a number of messages and will quickly reach the Windows User Account Control dialog which asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device ?".  Enter "Yes" to grant permission.
  6. Your desktop will then become accessible.
 
ISL Online runs on all versions of Windows including 7 (32 and 64bit), 8 and 10.


Note - August 2020 - Teamviewer is no longer in use.  
My dedicated Teamviewer Quick Support module will not work. 
Computers with host mode installed should have that module removed.
